Our client is hiring a Practice Administrator to serve as the operational and strategic leader of our growing dental practice. This role functions as the CEO of the office
, with full responsibility for performance, people, and profitability.

You will lead daily operations while executing growth strategies to scale the practice to $100K+ per month in revenue and beyond, with mentorship from a seasoned corporate advisor. This is a high-impact leadership role with autonomy, accountability, and room to grow.

• Lead all day-to-day practice operations (scheduling, workflow, systems)
• Own financial performance: budgeting, billing, collections, KPIs
• Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing dental team
• Drive patient experience, retention, and online reputation
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations
• Oversee marketing, patient acquisition, and community outreach
• Track performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
• Identify growth opportunities, efficiencies, and technology upgrades

• 5–7+ years of healthcare or practice administration experience
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role
• Strong financial and operational background (P&L, KPIs, revenue growth)
• Experience in dental or medical practices strongly preferred
• Confident leader who thrives in accountability and ownership
• Comfortable scaling operations and leading change
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
