Cumberland International Trucks is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead our Ocala dealership with clarity, discipline, and a commitment to operational excellence. This is a strategic leadership role overseeing multiple departments, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring consistent execution of our Core Values: Honor, Readiness, Victory, and Loyalty.

What You'll Lead & Accomplish
As General Manager, you will shape the dealership's direction and set the tone for operational excellence, accountability, and customer satisfaction. You will lead through influence and decisiveness while ensuring every department is aligned around growth, efficiency, and exceptional service.
Strategic Leadership & Performance Management
- Drive growth and profitability across all departments
- Ensure full compliance with vendor policies, warranty procedures, and operational standards
- Review daily departmental sales reports and monthly warranty performance statements
- Analyze Service Center CSP data and ensure timely customer contact and followup
- Oversee warranty debits over 60 days and ensure resolution with Service Managers
- Provide monthly operational and financial reports to the VP & COO
- Manage operational costs while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with DOT, DOL, OSHA, EPA, and all applicable regulations
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers
- Actively generate new business through strategic outreach
- Ensure dealership appearance and customer facing standards reflect our brand and Prestige Standards
- Conduct monthly meetings with all Department Managers
- Hold department leaders accountable to job expectations and performance metrics
- Provide annual performance reviews and ongoing coaching
- Champion continuous improvement and cross department collaboration
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment across all service centers

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the medium/heavyduty truck industry
- Strong customer awareness, listening skills, and professional communication
- Proven ability to promote continuous improvement in complex operations
- High degree of product knowledge and industry insight
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong agility in managing multiple demands and shifting priorities
- Ability to lead through change and motivate teams toward positive outcomes
- Superior problem solving ability with a focus on winwin solutions
- Deep understanding of vendor and International warranty guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to inspire employees toward exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of dealer operations and fleet maintenance systems
- Commitment to self-development and ongoing learning
- Familiarity with International and supplier warranty policies
- Ability to track and interpret daily operational metrics for all departments
- Strong commitment to teamwork, respect, and cross department alignment
