Goal Deployment Process(GDP).Improvement projectswillinvolvedepartmentssuch as Sales, Engineering,Purchasing,and Operations. The Op Ex Leaderwillfacilitateimprovedoutcomesofprocesses todriveefficiencies, reduce cost,and increase customer satisfaction.
- TheREVOp Ex Leaders will work with their BU’sREVOp Ex Managertoexecute /facilitate improvement projects.
- Lead continuous improvement projects through focused Kaizens to achieve measured resultsandtargeted hard savings.
- Conduct root cause analysis toeliminatewaste, troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues, material flow,and informational inputs that may lead to inefficiencies.
- Coach and train both hourlyand salaryemployeeson any specific related
OpEximprovements. - Help support and develop a culture that promotes operational excellence and continuous improvements.
- Must be able to effectively communicatethescope of projects and report to upper management with weekly status reports.
- Coordinate, monitor,and drive project activities, manage project risks,issues, changes, and resources,and take corrective actions when necessary. Decides andinitiatesaction.
- Provides the projectteamwith a clear sense of direction,motivating and empowering them toinitiatesustainable improvements to their current processes and work environments.
- Build teamwork through engagement andalignsteam members by tying to individual and collective goals.
- Evaluate and closetheproject,identify and analyze lessons learned,archive project documents,and hand overtheproject to customer and/orprocess owner.
- Provide insightsregardingquantitative and qualitative developmentsusingperiodical reports and/or analyses
- Bachelor’s degree, preference for Engineering, technical or finance-related degrees or5-10years experienceinOperations
- Solid awareness ofoperationsandbusiness processes.
- Passion for change and continuous improvement,must be self-motivated, have initiative, and have a positive attitude.
- Able totrain andimpart knowledge to others and to learn quickly
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize work through basic project management skills
- Demonstrated high-performance levels and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team management skills and the capability to lead change
- Able to work effectively across different organizational levels, fromshop floortoBUmanagement
- Customer Advocacy. ALPs should readily communicate theirunderstandingofcustomer needs.

Knowledge of project management fundamentals and experience managing projectsisessential. - Technical Aptitude.
Proficient in the use of tools such as Microsoft Officeto analyze data, createreportsand presentations. - Team Player and Leader.
REVOp Ex Leader Smustpossessthe ability to lead, work with teams, be part of a team, and understand team dynamics (forming, storming, norming, performing). - Result Oriented.
