What you'll do:

* Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and milestones.

* Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and facility management, to align project plans with corporate strategies.

* Direct associates and vendors on processes, procedures, and modular plan reviews to meet facility and company goals.

* Monitor project budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials.

* Communicate project status, adjust timelines as needed, and resolve construction and operational issues promptly.

* Provide coaching and development opportunities to associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

* Proven experience in managing complex realty and execution projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with corporate strategies.

* Strong project management skills, including organizing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving accountability for deliverables.

* Effective communication abilities to engage stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and convey project plans and updates clearly.

* Demonstrated leadership in directing associates and vendors, providing guidance on processes, procedures, and resource allocation.

* Ability to analyze project impacts on budgets, customer experience, and operational efficiency while implementing corrective actions.

* Adaptability to evolving project requirements and commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
