The City of Ocala is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the One Stop Permit Center within the Growth Management Department. You will supervise permit staff, manage construction approvals, and coordinate across building, planning, and code enforcement to ensure compliant, timely reviews.
You will train staff, generate aging and impact fee reports, and provide technical support for Trakit and ProjectDOX. A Bachelor's in a related field and 5 years of permitting experience are required.
