Experience:

Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Ocala, FL)

Compensation: $70‑80k + 10% bonus, relocation assistance is offered

• Lead and supervise production and sanitation teams in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment
• Plan, assign, and direct production activities to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals
• Coordinate production schedules and staffing to meet customer demand
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, SQF, and environmental regulations
• Conduct safety and quality audits; assign and track corrective actions
• Monitor production performance, inventory issues, and key metrics; recommend improvements
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
• Train, coach, and develop production staff; manage performance and progressive discipline
• Oversee shift performance reporting and communicate results to management
• Manage vacation, sick, and personal time scheduling for production and sanitation associates
• Utilize/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office tools

• BA/BS preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, managing 80–100 associates
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of safety, environmental health, GMP, and SQF requirements
• Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed
