Overview

We are seeking a confident, metrics‑driven Warehouse Operations Leader to guide our Ocala Aftermarket Center. This assistant plant manager–level role is for a hands‑on leader with strong supply chain expertise in a manufacturing environment who thrives under pressure, leads with empathy, and holds teams accountable while building trust and momentum. You will drive results across Engagement, Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Operational Excellence, shaping a zero‑loss culture and ensuring daily execution aligns with company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Guide and motivate a team of operators and technicians to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Influence, coach, and motivate functional leaders to guide production and support organizations for optimum day‑to‑day operations.
  • Lead, encourage, coach, and develop all members of the organization, motivating the team to consistently perform above expectations.
  • Effectively develop and utilize all people’s resources through talent management processes.
  • Coach and review performance of direct reports.
  • Create an effective team to ensure timely resolution of production or processing problems.
  • Lead activities of the business functions concerned with the operation of a manufacturing plant, including Production Operations, Materials, Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Lean Implementation.
  • Ensure effectiveness of production and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and other operational reports to ensure high quality yields.
  • Manage manufacturing schedules to meet customer requirements, optimize inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
  • Implement, monitor, and control critical performance indicators—EHS, People, Service, Quality, Cost, Growth—to deliver business results.
  • Drive performance against CFO metrics, financial performance, goal achievement, and continuous improvement on EHS, quality, delivery, inventory turns, processes, cost, etc.
  • Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control programs.
  • Leverage budgeting, forecasting, and SI&OP rhythms to align scheduling, capacity, and headcount for plant success.
  • Lead the establishment and attainment of site goals in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
  • Promote a working environment that encourages employee involvement to achieve excellence in all aspects of SQDC and compliance.
  • Work with EHS specialists to ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate programs.
  • Influence the Lean roadmap and integrate lean principles into the facility’s processes.
  • Champion the use of Lean Manufacturing principles to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work with customers, cross‑functional leaders, and internal staff to meet production requirements and deliver on time.
  • Establish site culture and priorities with a focus on business execution, effective employee communication, and relations.
  • Effectively use policy deployment to align departmental goals and activities with organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years’ experience leading teams focused on coaching, development, and performance excellence.
  • 3+ years’ experience managing financial responsibility and key cost/performance drivers in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years’ supply chain experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting strategy execution and cross‑functional coordination.
  • 1+ year’s experience using SAP.
