** You will serve as the Weekend Schedule Supervisor Friday‑Sunday for Ocala Operations, leading a team to deliver the required quality, cost, and schedule performance in support of Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control missions while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment

As the Weekend Schedule Supervisor Friday Sunday your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Drive and achieve quality, schedule, and cost targets across multiple programs
Direct daily activities of production employees, ensuring safety, cost, quality, and production standards are met
Resolve conflicts and build respectful working relationships within the team
Motivate and energize crews to sustain high performance
Manage manufacturing costs and identify improvement opportunities

* Basic Qualifications:
*
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
Prior supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to develop, coordinate, lead and execute daily production plans independently, with minimal supervision
Ability to assign work to unionized hourly workforce and hold employees accountable for following processes, cost, quality and schedule
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve daily production issues, working simultaneously with supporting functional areas;
Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain
Must be able to work first and second shift and support overtime, as needed
This position will be located at a facility that
requires special access and requires the selected
candidate to be a US Citizen

* Ability to obtain a clearance
Experience working in a manufacturing union environment
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to influence others and lead small teams
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Must possess a working knowledge of managing workmanship, time and attendance, enforcement of work rules, employee training development & certifications, and audit readiness
