Industrial Painter – Direct Hire (1st Shift)
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team and help produce high‑quality finished components. This role is for a stable, long‑term position.
What You’ll Do- Work from specifications, shop orders, and work instructions.
- Review materials and product requirements before work.
- Perform prep operations such as masking, taping, sanding, and part setup.
- Mix and activate paint according to supplier recommendations.
- Apply primer and multiple topcoats using spray guns in a controlled sequence.
- Inspect surfaces, substrates, and parts prior to painting to ensure quality.
- Set baking temperatures/timers and bake parts per manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain and clean spray guns and paint booths after each use.
- Ensure quality and record production output.
- Level I or Level II painting experience.
- Strong knowledge of paint, prep work, detailing, and spray gun operation.
- Understanding of industrial or automotive painting environments.
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain clean work spaces, and ensure quality.
- Experience with paint prep, sanding, masking/taping, auto body or industrial painting, paint booths and spray equipment.
Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
