Senior Manager, Production Planning and Control

You will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end production planning, inventory accuracy, material flow, and logistics coordination across multiple programs at the Ocala facility.

• Lead and develop a diverse team of exempt, non‑exempt, and represented employees.
• Direct receiving, warehousing, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Manage MRP, scheduling, and production support processes.
• Oversee shipping, traffic, and vendor‑managed inventory operations.
• Drive metrics, audits, and continuous‑improvement programs to meet MMAS requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Strong leadership experience with demonstrated performance in continuous improvement, MRP/ERP background, and SAP environment.
• Fundamental understanding of all aspects of Production Planning and Control including Master Production Scheduling, Demand and Supply control, and Material Flow controls and management.
• Experience collaborating with Program Management, Product Operations, Quality, Global Supply Chain and Engineering and Technology teams to meet all customer requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Green Belt trained or certified.

• Master’s degree in Operations Management or related discipline.
• Black Belt trained or certified.
• APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
• Knowledge of industry best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout the entire production supply chain.
• Experience leading diverse multi‑functional teams.
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) extensive user experience and/or implementation.
• SAP experience related to Production Operations.
• Control Account Manager (CAM) certification.
• Experience implementing process efficiencies using digital‑transformation technology.
• Experience with Delmia Apriso Manufacturing Execution and Warehouse Management.
