Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team and perform quality work at a fast‑moving and consistent manner.

• Perform all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keep area neat and clean.
• Use a tape measure to read and interpret blueprints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

• Lack of a high school diploma, but equivalent combination of education, experience, or up to one month related training.
• Previous experience in construction and/or manufacturing/modular housing desired.

The employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
