Scope
Responsible for the movement, storage, and verification of material in accordance with policies and procedures. Perform clerical duties requiring some analysis and the ability to exercise good judgment. May have routine contact with customers, suppliers, and other departments. Will include working with numbers and the operation of simple office machines (e.g., calculator, computer).
Essential Functions- Handle a variety of shipping methods (UPS, Fed Ex, ground carriers, domestic and international) including proper shipping, scheduling, and arrangements for pickups.
- Perform proper packing, wrapping, and preparation of packages and documentation following established shipping procedures.
- Handle material from unloading delivery vehicles to verification and receiving, proper storage, picking material to support production requirements, and delivery to specific locations or line‑side storage.
- Perform clerical functions in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Cycle count process.
- Interplant transfers (transfer and ordering process).
- Material shortage reporting.
- Warehouse organization, 5S, building/maintaining carts, and racking (including cleaning).
- Stand, walk, squat, kneel, and bend; use ladders to reach storage areas; lift up to 40 pounds (materials).
- Process DMRs/Red Tags, order replacement parts.
- Follow work standards.
- Perform within physical requirements including, but not limited to, 40 lb. single lift; walking, kneeling, squatting and standing for long periods of time.
- Perform or assist with any operations, as required or directed, to maintain workflow or respond to production requirements.
- Perform other duties not listed but needed by supervisor to keep trucks on schedule.

- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Effective communication skills, written and oral.
- Good math skills.
- Forklift license (must obtain an E‑ONE‑issued forklift license).
- Recordkeeping abilities.
- Knowledge of and adherence to E‑ONE safety practices.
- Maintain Hazardous Waste Generator Certification as required by 40 CFR 262.3, 264.16, and 265.16 annually.
- Maintain Haz Mat DOT Certification for CFR Part 177, and 390‑397 every 3 years.
- Lift/Push/Pull:
Exerting up to 40 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly. - Climbing:
Ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles. - Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching/Crawling/Reaching:
Bending body downward, standing for sustained periods, walking long distances. - Visual acuity:
Operate machines such as lathes, drill presses, power saws and maintain visual acuity for operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment. - Hazards:
