TIG Welder and Fabricator
Join a dedicated team responsible for welding and fabricating parts essential to the manufacturing process. This role focuses primarily on TIG welding stainless steel and aluminum components, including manifolds and aluminum housings for large pumps.
Responsibilities- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum materials.
- Fabricate parts to complete the manufacturing process by following blueprints.
- Customize parts for each job according to specifications.
- Utilize tools for grinding and cutting parts during fabrication.
- Ensure precision with tolerances typically held at +/- 1/16.
- Conduct out-of-position welding when necessary, ideally comfortable with 6G positions.
- Proficient in TIG welding, specifically on stainless steel and aluminum.
- Experience in fabrication and working with blueprints.
- Ability to perform 6G welding.
- Skilled in grinding and cutting materials.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in welding manifolds and aluminum housings.
- Ability to work independently and customize parts for various projects.

Work EnvironmentExperience a clean and climate-controlled shop environment. The role operates on a 1st shift schedule, typically from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on some Fridays and Saturdays.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
