PositionSummary
Work in a non‑climate‑controlled manufacturing setting that may include dust and debris and can be loud form various tasks involved in bagging/boxing operation, including setting up and operating bagging machines, handling parts and materials, packing parts, and other related activities using hand tools and various types of packing materials. Follow all applicable safety procedures, handle finished parts and products safely, and provide quality checks as determined.
Job may require overtime and a flexible schedule, including early reporting, extended shifts, and weekend work.

Shift2nd 3:30pm - 12:00am
Hourly Pay Rate$20.00 + $1.00 Shift Differential
Responsibilities- Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
- Conduct quality inspections.
- Operate a power forklift.
- Correctly warehouse/store finished goods.
- Assist with any other manual labor tasks as needed.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong aptitude for operating machinery.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Hi‑Lo Certification preferred. Will be trained and certified on the Hi‑Lo if needed.
- One year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Must be able to clear a drug screen and background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. This includes frequently bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling objects. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and arms. May occasionally climb stairs, drive vehicles, and operate equipment. Must lift or carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Must wear required hearing and/or eye protection.
