Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Engineer based in Ocala, FL. The Industrial Engineer will be focused on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production workflows, and ensuring product quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing operational data, developing strategies for process improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also requires maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, providing solutions for manufacturing challenges, and staying informed about industry best practices.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, with the ability to manage and optimize production processes
  • Proficiency in Process Improvement methodologies and tools to drive operational efficiency
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify trends or opportunities for improvement
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts clearly
  • Proficiency in applicable software and systems relevant to industrial and manufacturing engineering
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is required
