What You Will Be Doing As the Production Operations Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for all customer relations, cost, technical, and schedule elements of their assigned areas to deliver quality hardware to our customers and will also be a driving force in partnering across the LM MFC enterprise to include Program Managers, Engineering, Quality, and many others to bring world class capabilities in support of the mission and their team.

Global Diversity and Inclusion. This position is located in Ocala, FL. Discover Ocala. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines & production demands in a complex and dynamic union manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing business strategies and tactical plans to achieve production objectives:
Quality, cost, schedule, and staffing.
• Previous experience leading teams.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing to include Continuous Improvement efforts for cost reduction and performance improvement.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance. Desired
Skills:
• Master's degree in a related field
• CAM trained
• Previous manufacturing engineering and/or quality experience in circuit card or cable and harness.
• Experience in Non-Recurring project management, first unit flow, manpower planning, make/buy decision, or site-to-site scope transfer.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from within all levels of Lockheed Martin.
• Strong decision making, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Experience managing in an union environment. Security Clearance Statement:
