Heavy Production Associate

Production Worker

Location:

Ocala, FL (On-site)

Schedule:

Mon-Fri 6:25 AM-Finished (Overtime, including weekends, is possible and mandatory if scheduled)

Pay Rate: $16-$18/HR (Pay based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Fill concrete forms according to specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure accurate measurements and proper form setup
• Monitor curing process and assist with timely removal of finished products
• Safely unload cured concrete from forms
• Coordinate movement of finished products to designated areas
• Repeat production process efficiently to meet daily targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Previous experience in concrete work or construction framing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
