Production Associate
Location:
Ocala, FL Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7 AM - 3:30 PM
We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to join our warehouse production team in Ocala, FL. This role involves working on the production floor to assemble custom wire harnesses according to customer specifications, with a focus on precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble custom harnesses based on detailed customer requirements
- Install pins, connectors, and terminals in the termination process
- Follow work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support overall production operations and meet daily output goals
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Warehouse setting on a production floor
- Hands-on, team-oriented environment
