Director of Community Relations

Job Summary:

Hampton Manor (locations in Ocala & Belleview), a reputable provider of quality care and services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our assisted living team in Ocala, Florida area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective community relations strategies to maintain a positive reputation and foster strong relationships with our community stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community relations strategies to promote Hampton Manor's mission and values

• Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders, organizations, and businesses

• Coordinate and participate in community outreach events, sponsor ships, and partnerships

• Develop and manage the community relations budget

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote Hampton Manor Deerwood's brand and services

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community relations, marketing, or a related field

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful community relations strategies

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
