Marion Mint of Florida, Inc, a trusted advertising and direct mail brand serving Ocala and surrounding areas since 1983, is looking for an ambitious, visionary leader to step into a Deputy Publisher role.

This is a leadership‑tracked opportunity to run an established media company and eventually take it to the next level.

• Oversee daily operations of a 40+ year‑old advertising and publishing brand
• Lead sales, marketing, and creative teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns for our clients
• Manage budgets, production schedules, and client relationships
• Drive innovation in both print and digital advertising strategies
• Represent the company in the community and at business events

• Proven leadership experience in media, advertising, publishing, or marketing
• Strong business development skills and a passion for helping businesses grow
• Ability to manage people, processes, and projects with excellence
• Visionary mindset with the drive to lead a company into the future
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities
