• The Case Worker or Case Manager SSVF (Supportive Services for Veteran Families) advocates and assists in providing solutions and support services to enable their assigned caseload to function as independently as possible.
• Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma and 4 years experience working with at‑risk adult population.

Hourly payrate $18.00 to $20.00 based on highest level of education.
