CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Ocala, FL
Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance Available
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, skilled, and dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered critical care. This role focuses on caring for complex cardiovascular patients, including those requiring ventilator support and various drips.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a patient and family advocate while maintaining confidentiality.
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and treatment plans.
- Provide continuous, evidence-based critical care to acutely ill patients.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care ICU RN experience (within the last 2-3 years).
- Candidates with 2+ years of PCU RN experience will be considered.
- Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license (must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
- BLS certification (within 30 days of hire/transfer).
- ACLS certification (within 90 days of hire/transfer).
- Hourly Rate: $32.00-$48.00 (based on experience)
- $32.00-$40.00 for up to 10 years of experience
- Up to $48.00 for 17+ years of experience
- Shift Differential: $4.25 (Nights)
- Sign-On Bonus:
- $10,000 - Day shift
- $15,000 - Night shift
