Overview

Envision Physician Services is seeking CRNAs for Advent Health Ocala. The position is part time, with location at 1500 SW 1st Ave Ocala, FL 34471. The role includes a newly increased compensation package and a $100K start date bonus with “Earn While You Learn” monthly stipends for SRNAs. Envision is seeking full-time, part-time and PRN CRNAs (new grads welcome) to join our anesthesia care team at Advent Health Ocala.

• $100K Date Bonus with 3 year note
• Newly Increased Compensation
• Annual Case Volume of 12K-14K with 16 ORs, Endo suite, OB Suite, Neuro IR suite
• OB Volume: 2,500 annually
• Case Mix:
  General, OB, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, Gastro, Bariatrics, Neuro IR, and minimal healthy Peds. No Trauma, No Open Hearts.
• Flexible scheduling – 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s, and 24s in OB
• Anesthetists perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and epidurals

• Provide anesthesia care as part of a team with 8 Anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs.
• Perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and epidurals.
• Support OB, General, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, Gastro, Bariatrics, Neuro IR; no trauma or open-heart cases noted.
• Participate in flexible scheduling and on-call duties (light beeper from home).
• Collaborate with the department to maintain high-quality patient care and ensure operational excellence.
