Full-Time | Nights | Rotating Weekends
Pay Range: $30.60 to $45.90/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: $4.25/hr (Nights) | $3/hr (Weekends)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Nights)

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse to join our elite critical care team. In this role, you'll provide specialized care for patients with life-threatening medical conditions in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to critically ill medical patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions.
Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and manage ventilators and invasive lines as ordered by physicians.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-care management.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record system.
Support and participate in performance improvement initiatives to promote high-quality outcomes in critical care delivery.
Demonstrate clinical excellence in emergency response and complex patient management.
QualificationsRequired:
Current Florida RN license (or Compact License with eligibility to obtain FL license within 60 days)
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required;
BSN preferred
BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire
ACLS (AHA) within 90 days of hire
Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (strongly prefer ICU, PCU, or other high-acuity experience; will consider strong Med/Surg backgrounds)
