• $100K sign-on bonus with a 3-year note

• Annual case volume of 12,000 across 16 ORs, including Endo, OB, Neuro IR suites
• Variety of cases:
  General, OB, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, Gastro, Bariatrics, Neuro IR, and pediatrics
• Full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals, and epidurals
