We are seeking a qualified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner NP for an immediate opening. $105,000 - $125,000 Salary depending on experience

Job Responsibilities As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner NP you will be responsible for planning and implementation of the primary care service delivery to patients per health care plan and written protocols. Provide primary, secondary and tertiary care, including counseling and referral within multidisciplinary team.
Additional responsibilities for the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner NP include:
Monday - Thursday (4 10 hour shifts)
Outpatient seeing primarily children/adolescent patients
The ARNP will be responsible to conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose psychiatric conditions, prescribe appropriate medication and provide medication management for patients.
Job Requirements We are looking for dedicated and professional Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner NP who are committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Specific qualifications for the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner NP role include:
Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
Psychiatric Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of Florida (Limited Licensure accepted temporarily)
Experience or background/exposure in Psych Nursing Familiarity with psychotropic medications
Working knowledge of the DSM IV - Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders
