Role Responsibilities

Provide full-scope primary care using a root-cause, preventative approach

Diagnose and manage chronic conditions through lifestyle, nutrition, and personalized protocols

Order and interpret standard and functional labs

Design treatment plans that may include supplements, hormone support, and wellness coaching

Collaborate with a team of MDs, NPs, PAs, and health coaches

Participate in clinical training and team-based case reviews

Maintain accurate EMR documentation and follow-up planning

Qualifications

Active Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Required)

Board Certification in Family Medicine (FNP-C, ANCC, AANP, or equivalent) (Required)

Passion for or interest in functional, integrative, or lifestyle medicine

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Dedicated to patient-centered, long-term care

No prior experience in functional medicine required ? training and mentorship provided.

Training & Development

Minimum 2 hours/week of functional medicine training

Mentorship from Dr. Yousef Elyaman, faculty at the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM)

Support toward IFM Certification (ACCME-accredited)

CME allowance and case-based clinical education

Benefits

Base salary: $95,000 ? $110,000 per year
