• 24-hour in-house shifts 8am - 8am, 7 shifts per month
• NICU census 5 - 7 babies, newborn nursery 20 - 25 babies
• Level 2 NICU facility
• Thoracentesis, intubation, umbilical catheter procedures required
• Case logs required for all procedures within last 2 years
• NRP certification required
• Hospital privileges required
• 90-day credentialing period for new providers
