Salary: $32 – $45 per hour
Plus $7 night/weekend differential and potential sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients across a variety of clinical settings
- Assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
- Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
- Maintain a safe and supportive patient environment
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a hospital setting
- Active RN license (state-specific or multi-state compact)
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient‑focused approach
- Comfort working with medical technology and electronic documentation systems
- Base Rate: $32 – $45/hour
- Differential:
Up to $7/hour for nights/weekends - Sign‑On Bonus: $10K – $15K (paid over time based on shift and position)
