RN – Home Health

We are seeking registered nurses in Marion County and surrounding areas to join Nurse Core, a provider of home health care. Our Home Health Staff provide one‑on‑one care for ill, injured, convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in private homes, ensuring quality healthcare in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

• Deliver personalized in‑home nursing care to patients.
• Manage vent, trach, and G‑tube care, or be willing to learn these skills.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.

• Current medical license or certification in the state of Florida.
• Successful completion of skills assessment(s) specific to area(s) of experience.
• Current hands‑on CPR certification.
• Proof of a negative TB result (titer or chest x‑ray).
• Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
