Gastroenterology NP and/or PA Inpatient Locums Job in June + July | Central Florida

Jackson + Coker is partnered with a central Florida facility that needs GI NP and/or PA inpatient locum tenens coverage this June & July, while they onboard a permanent employee who will start in August. Detailed below are the specific dates of coverage the facility is aiming to fill - are you available?

• Will work from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM in the hospital, no night or weekend call coverage (8-hour day with 1 hour lunch break)
• June 1 - 14
• June 30 - July 2

• NP or PA certification required
• Florida Medical License required
• Gastroenterology inpatient experience required
• 8-hour inpatient work days, Monday
  -Sunday (no night or weekend call required)
• Will be covering the ED + doing patient rounding and seeing emergent consults that come through
• Will work alongside 2 GIs that rotate call by the week (will have another GI in the clinic setting)
• Will always have a GI on site (or available/on call) to consult with and/or for assistance
• Facility detail: not a designated trauma center, 375+ bed facility, central Florida location (about an hour from Orlando), Epic EMR
