CVOR RN in Ocala, FL

• 6:00AM – 4:30PM

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
• Proven knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and protocols
• Current BLS certification (and ACLS preferred)
• Excellent ability to remain composed in high‑intensity, fast‑paced surgical settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

• Scrub and circulate as a CVOR RN during cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries
• Monitor and assess patient condition before, during, and after procedures
• Administer medications and manage intraoperative equipment per protocol
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and anesthesia providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict compliance with safety and infection control standards
• Document accurately in the EMR, ensuring completeness and timeliness
• Support patients and families by providing clear explanations and compassionate care
