• Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and leadership in ensuring safe delivery of care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and training.
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
• Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.

• Must have ACLS & BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Experience with vents/trachs, vasoactive drips, and wound care patients required.
• Shift: Nights.

• Florida or multi-state compact RN license required.
• 2 to 5 years of clinical experience needed.
