RN​/LPN Homecare Nights and Weekends at NurseCore Ocala, FL

Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Must have Vent, Trach and G-tube experience or willingness to learn.

• Night Shift – Pediatric case, Wildwood – 6‑yr‑old with G‑tube. 7pm–7am Friday and Saturday every other weekend. Rate: RN $31/hr, LPN $28/hr.
• Night Shift – Pediatric case, Ocala – 9‑yr‑old with G‑tube and trach. 6pm–6am Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. Rate: RN $32/hr, LPN $29/hr.
• Day/Night Shift – Pediatric case, Silver Springs Shores – 18‑yr‑old with Hunter’s Syndrome (G‑tube, trach, vent). 7am–7pm (12‑hr) some Saturday/Sunday; 7pm–7am (12‑hr) Wednesday and occasional Saturday/Sunday. Rate: LPN $29/hr, RN $34/hr.
• Day/Night Shift – Pediatric case, Summerfield – 17‑yr‑old MVA total care (G‑tube, trach). 7am–7pm (12‑hr) Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 7pm–7am (12‑hr) Sunday. Rate: $30‑$33/hr.

Provide quality health care to patients in private homes while complying with all laws, regulations, and policies. Deliver care to ill, injured, or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities.

Current medical license or certification in the state of Florida. Successful completion of skill assessment(s) related to area(s) of experience. Current hands‑on CPR certification. Proof of negative TB (titer/chest x‑ray).

Requires a Level2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
