Director of Nursing – Brookdale De Land

Brookdale DeLand is a 99‑unit assisted living community comprising 73 assisted living units and 26 memory‑care units.

• Manage day‑to‑day healthcare operations and ensure that residents’ health needs are met.
• Maintain respectful and dignified care for all residents and adjust care plans as needs change.
• Be on call, complete assessments for incoming residents, interview new hires, and schedule clinical staff.
• Supervise and provide leadership and coaching to licensed nurses and direct‑care staff.
• Possibly lead an additional clinical leadership team of up to five members.
• Coordinate with residents, families, physicians, and other health‑care providers to deliver personalized care.
• Collaborate with community leadership and drive resident and family satisfaction.

• LPN license (LPN/LVN or RN) and state nursing license.
• Driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.

Base pay will be determined by applicant skills and experience. Full‑time associates are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and referral bonuses; temporary associates can participate in the company 401(k) program.
