Responsibilities
The RN assists physician in the care and teaching of patients.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Residence, with experience in IV therapy.
- The ability to assess patient needs and condition.
- Strong critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Current CPR certification.
- BLS required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide BLS course within the first 30 days).
- Fluency in the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Valid driver license for travel to clinics.
- Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is preferred.
All offers of employment are contingent upon clear results of a thorough background screening. All new hires must receive various vaccinations, including the influenza vaccine, barring an approved exemption. FCS is a drug‑free workplace and all new hires will undergo drug/nicotine testing. Medical Marijuana cards are not recognized.
