CRNA Opportunity at Advent Health Ocala - Newly Increased Compensation - $100K Start Date Bonus with "Earn While You Learn" monthly stipends for SRNAs! Envision is seeking full-time, part-time and PRN CRNAs (new grads welcome!) to join our dynamic and collaborative team at Advent Health Ocala. Join an Anesthesia Care Team comprised of 9 Anesthesiologists and 29 CRNAs. At Advent Health Ocala we value our employees and encourage work/life balance.

Highlights of this opportunity include:

• $100K Start Date Bonus with 3 year note
• Newly Increased Compensation
• Annual Case Volume of 12K‑14K with 16 ORs, Endo suite, OB Suite, Neuro IR suite
• ACT: 9 physicians and 29 CRNAs
• OB Volume: 2,500 annually
• Case Mix:
  General, OB, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, Gastro, Bariatrics, Neuro IR, and minimal healthy Peds. No Trauma, No Open Hearts.
• Flexible scheduling - 8s, 10s, 12, 16s, and 24s in OB
• Anesthetists perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and epidurals.
