Registered Nurse Med Surg Float Pool

We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our Float Pool. The role requires a compassionate, reliable RN who will provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in a patient‑centered care model. The RN will make clinical assessments, manage treatment autonomously, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver excellent patient care.

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
• Act as an advocate for patient safety
• Ensure effective use of time, supplies, and equipment
• Educate patients regarding medications, procedures, and treatments, and provide support to patients and families throughout their stay

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required; compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation
• 1 year of RN experience in an acute‑care environment preferred
• Associate Degree required; BSN preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (AHA) obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• No travel required
