Position Overview
Envision is looking to add to our talented team of CRNAs at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital. We are seeking dedicated CRNAs who enjoy a full scope of practice and a great work environment! The role is part of a friendly and collaborative Care Team with a great relationship with Administration. The location is Ocala, FL.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals, central and arterial line placement.
- $150K Start Date Bonus
- Schedule of 4 10s (four ten‑hour shifts), no call, no weekends.
- No Peds and No OB – CRNAs focus on adult surgeries only.
- Excellent retention bonus of $25k per year starting on Year 3.
- 8 weeks PTO, with increases based on tenure and opportunities for overtime if desired.
- $3k Per Year CME reimbursement.
- Health Benefits start day one – No waiting period.
