Join a growing cardiovascular team at Advent Health Ocala as a Cardiac CRNA in a high-acuity, team-based environment. This is an exciting opportunity to support advanced cardiac procedures in a collaborative and innovative setting. $75K Sign-On Bonus | No Call | High-Acuity Cardiac Cases | Monday–Friday Schedule.

Work alongside a dedicated team of anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, and perfusionists to deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for:

• CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) procedures
• Electrophysiology (EP) cases
• Structural Heart interventions

As a CRNA, you will be responsible for pre‑anesthesia assessments, administration of general and regional anesthesia, intraoperative monitoring, and post‑anesthesia recovery.

Monday–Friday schedule, No call or weekends. Supportive, team-based care model with high‑acuity cardiac cases in a well‑equipped facility. Strong culture and administrative support.

• Active Florida ARNP License
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
