We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 100-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Florida, starting Sep 7, 2026. This full-time role involves a dynamic schedule with a mix of 10, 12, and 14-hour shifts weekly, ensuring no scheduled overtime. The Anesthetist will manage a broad spectrum of cases including Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma, and will perform procedures such as regional blocks, spinals, and central and arterial line placement.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide anesthesia for a diverse range of cases including Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma cases (excluding Pediatrics and OB).
- Perform a full range of procedures, including regional blocks, spinals, and central and arterial line placement.
- Operate under a supervision model of 90% supervision, with a 1:4 ratio.
- Work full-time coverage, consisting of a mix of three to four 10-hour, 12-hour, or 14-hour shifts per week, with no scheduled overtime.
- Be cross-credentialed at another facility to support needs at that site as required.
