Full time – Day shift (United States of America)

• Provide primary care and treatment to patients under the supervising physician.
• Make timely and accurate entries of medical histories, progress notes, and treatment recommendations in patients’ medical records.
• Provide services in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Practice within scope of practice as defined by education and training, including prescribing privileges, obtaining co‑signature by supervising physician on all prescriptions, and refraining from prescribing narcotics.
• Refer patients for laboratory, x‑ray, and specialty care when needed.
• Ensure patient health records are adequately maintained and transferred as required during care transfer.
• Participate with supervising physician in periodic review of patients’ health records.
• Confirm that all patient management documentation, including pharmaceutical modalities, is outlined in the patient’s medical record and signed by the supervising physician.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Master’s of Nursing (required)

1+ year of related work experience (required)

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) (required)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certification (BLS) (required)
