- Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to critically ill patients on site.
- Monitor patient vitals, assess changes, and elevate to physicians promptly.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed with accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Document patient status and interventions clearly in medical records.
- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary team to coordinate patient care plans.
- Meet department KPIs and contribute to pipeline‑based target tracking.
- Demonstrate accountability for personal performance and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance patient flow.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and pursue advancement goals.
- Utilize clinical documentation systems to record patient data efficiently.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions.
- Registered Nurse with ICU specialization and current license.
- Minimum 2–4 years ICU or critical care nursing experience.
- Proficient in invasive monitoring and critical care interventions.
- Accurate medication administration and documentation in EHR/CDC systems.
- Strong infection control knowledge and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to rapidly elevate changes to physicians and participate in rounds.
- KPI‑driven performance mindset with ability to contribute to pipeline targets.
- Proven record of accurate charting and clinical documentation.
- Strong communication skills to educate patients and families.
- Adaptability to a growth‑oriented, merit‑based environment.
- On‑site role based in Ocala, FL — collaborate in‑person with the team at our local facility
