PCU (Registered Nurse)
$2308 / 36 hours
Contract
In-Office | Ocala, FL, United States
- Assess and monitor patient health status, documenting changes accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to plan individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and charting.
- Participate in performance metrics and contribute to pipeline-based target tracking.
- Collaborate with team to meet daily on-site targets and maintain high visibility of work.
- Assist in triage and prioritization of patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
- Demonstrate ongoing professional development and pursue skill advancement opportunities.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements.
- Adhere to contract terms and location-specific policies while delivering care.
- Current RN license with valid registration for applicable state.
- Experience in acute care or fast-paced clinical environments.
- Proficiency in medication administration and IV therapy per protocol.
- Commitment to infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong documentation skills using electronic health records.
- Ability to triage, prioritize patient needs, and manage fast-paced workflow.
- Excellent communication with interdisciplinary team and patient education.
- Performance-driven mindset with target and metrics awareness.
- Willingness to engage in professional development and skill advancement.
- On-site, contract-based role with adherence to location policies and terms.
