PCU (Registered Nurse)
$2308 / 36 hours
Contract
In-Office | Ocala, FL, United States

• Assess and monitor patient health status, documenting changes accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to plan individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and charting.
• Participate in performance metrics and contribute to pipeline-based target tracking.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily on-site targets and maintain high visibility of work.
• Assist in triage and prioritization of patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Demonstrate ongoing professional development and pursue skill advancement opportunities.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements.
• Adhere to contract terms and location-specific policies while delivering care.

• Current RN license with valid registration for applicable state.
• Experience in acute care or fast-paced clinical environments.
• Proficiency in medication administration and IV therapy per protocol.
• Commitment to infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong documentation skills using electronic health records.
• Ability to triage, prioritize patient needs, and manage fast-paced workflow.
• Excellent communication with interdisciplinary team and patient education.
• Performance-driven mindset with target and metrics awareness.

• On-site, contract-based role with adherence to location policies and terms.
