Job Overview
Advanced Urology Institute (AUI), the 4th largest urology practice in the nation, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Oxford and Ocala clinics starting in 2026. As part of the Urology Alliance network, AUI offers a private practice setting where physicians focus on patient care while the national infrastructure supports growth and quality.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding care in a supportive environment focused on follow‑ups, new patient consults, pre‑ops, and post‑op appointments.
- Participate in an outpatient‑focused model with weekly inpatient rounds.
- See an average of 20‑25 patients per day in a full clinic.
- Collaborate with a team of 9 physicians and 4 APPs.
- Monday through Friday, no call or weekends; the weekends are all yours.
- Guaranteed annual salary with bonus opportunities based on net professional receipts.
Clinics in Oxford and Ocala, Central Florida. Ocala offers a small‑town atmosphere with outdoor recreation, affordable cost of living, and a growing healthcare sector.
