We have an exciting opportunity to join HCA Florida Ocala Hospital as a Registered Nurse Premium Pool PRN (Float Pool RN PRN). The role offers the flexibility to float between different nursing areas in a collaborative environment.
Job SummaryAs a Float Pool RN PRN, you will provide patient and family advocacy, facilitate patient care, conduct nursing assessments, and deliver plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate patient care by conducting nursing assessments and diagnoses.
- Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- Associate Degree, BSN preferred.
- 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (AHA) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification obtained within 90 days of hire.
- No travel required.
