Position Highlights- Autonomous practice with awide scope of anesthesia care
- Supportive, collegial team environment
- Flexible self-scheduling through QGenda (not based on seniority)
- Full-time schedule of 80hours bi-weekly
- Time-and-a-half pay forhours worked beyond 80 hours per pay period
- 8-hour shifts
- 10-hour shifts
- 12-hour shifts
- 16-hour OR shifts
- 24-hour trauma shifts
- Minimal call responsibilities:
- No traditional call
- Approximately 4-5 evening(3:00 PM-11:00 PM) shifts annually
- One weekend shift per month
- Professional development opportunities, including mentoring Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists
Enjoy a diverse and stimulating practice with exposure to:
General Surgery, Gynecology, ENT, Urology,Orthopedics, Spine, Vascular, Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Robotics and Gastroenterology.
Approximately
12,000 surgical cases annually across two sites More than 700 cardiacprocedures are performed each year.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Board Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists(NBCRNA)
- Active Florida APRN license(or eligibility to obtain)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- ATLS certification required for providers participating on the trauma team
