Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - FACT
Location: Ocala, FL
Pay: $37.51/hour | Non-Exempt

As an RN on the FACT team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting individuals on their path to recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate withdrawal symptom assessments
- Ensure compliance with patient requirements (dosing, take-homes, callbacks, and drug screenings)
- Document services accurately and timely in accordance with policies and best practices
- Effectively communicate with patients and team members, including via telephone
- Monitor medical supplies and proactively coordinate replenishment
- Utilize strong computer skills to retrieve and input patient data
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program meeting Florida Board of Nursing standards
- Experience in substance use or psychiatric settings preferred, but not required
