CVICU RN – Ocala, FL – Training Available For Qualified Nurses
Schedule/Shift: Full-Time | Nights available (with rotating weekends)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic CVICU RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will care for our sickest patients, which may include patients on ventilators and various drips.
What You Will Do In This Role:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
- Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 1 year of recent (within the last 2-3 years) Acute Care ICU RN experience. Would consider 2+ years of PCU RN experience
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation
- Associate Degree, BSN preferred
- BLS within 30 days of hire
- ACLS within 90 days of hire
Compensation:
Pay rates:
Up to Max. $48.00/hr. (Based on years of experience)
Shift Diffs:
Nights $4.25/hr., Weekends $3/hr.
