This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse position based in the Ocala, FL area. The Registered Nurse will provide direct infusion therapy care, including assessing patients, initiating and monitoring IV therapies, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating patient schedules, preparing and administering medications, documenting care in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines, and educating patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home care instructions.

The nurse will collaborate with pharmacists, prescribers, and other healthcare team members to support optimal outcomes, address patient concerns, and contribute to continuous quality improvement. The role also involves maintaining infection control practices, managing supplies, and participating in ongoing training related to infusion therapy and patient care.

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida; current BLS certification and, preferably, ACLS certification.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in IV insertion, infusion therapy administration, patient assessment, and monitoring for adverse reactions.
• Experience in home infusion, hospital infusion, oncology, critical care, or related acute care settings is highly beneficial.
• Strong documentation, electronic health record (EHR) use, and medication administration skills with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work on-site in the Ocala, FL area, manage time efficiently, and prioritize multiple patients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to infection control, safety standards, and continuous professional development in infusion nursing.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred); relevant infusion or vascular access certifications are a plus.
